Eye drops prescribed were not available in Vienna city centre and Ivwas told by one pharmacist the drops only available in Italy
The other medication to break down mucus was not available in the 3 pharmacies I tried with each pharmacist telling me not a prescription medication available on line through sites like Amazon therefore my 40 Euro Telehealth consultation was a waste of money as I could not access the medications prescribed

Furthermore, he immediately sent through the required prescriptions that were accessible through all of the EU. This saved me a lot of hassle in finding a walk-in clinic so I was very grateful!
